Covering up the Gaps
Falling Behind
A lot of the times when I get behind on some project or task, the first thing I try to do is to catch up. If that gap becomes so great, my thoughts turn to giving up and moving on to something. That wide expanse, that great chasm seems like it can’t be covered or be crossed. It has become impossible.
But that’s not what I’m going to do.
Cyper has Gaps that need to be Filled
I know there are entries missing here and with each day where I have my daily life to live, I couldn’t get around to work on them. For me, it feels terrible that these gaps between dates are there and are not filled.
I intend to fill them. I’ve actually kept a record of what happened on these days in my iPhone with that app mentioned before Today is. Bit by bit, I intend to get them done. I must get them done. It doesn’t feel right for me to let them go.
Who Cares?
Really, readers of this blog may not care about these missing entries. The thing is, I really care about it. It bothers me to no end and has been a twisted thorn in my side. It’s the only thing that’s dwelling in my past that I want to get done.
I feel it’s something that can be done with effort. But there’s so much to do…
Things to Consider for Today:
-
What matters to you counts.
-
If you know you have to get it done, then do it.
-
Accountability is nice.
-
Accountability to yourself is the best thing to complete your goals.
-
Delays from living your life happens.
-
Remember to get back on the horse and keep going!
