Thoughts And Desires for Each Day

Happy New Year! I hope everyone each day be happy, healthy, and getting the things they need.

I also hope that everyone create goals they truly want to achieve, create processes and routines to move toward them.

Finally, I hope everyone has the courage to face the fears and problems in their lives and find their way through.

My hope this year is to really go at anything I do each day. Never take the day for granted. See the good and bad and appreciate and work to overcomes the challenges in life.

I hope to see the challenges as opportunities to learn and grow. At the same time, if I have to feel sad, angry, or frustrated, to let those emotions, all emotions to come in, and let go of them.

In all this, move forward, even if it’s just a few steps.

If I want to get after the big things in life, I need to steel myself against the potential failures, let downs, deceptions. When those things happen, I will seek the lesson and try to become better from it.

So, it’s either I win or learn the lessons.

I definitely need time for myself, and I hope to use the early mornings of 2 to 3 hours each day.

I think I need to walk away from the work and look to Sunday to do that. If God can take a day off, so can I. Hopefully, away from the tech and more time with family.

Reminder myself that focus is easy peasy, lemon squeezey. Just look at the thing I want to do and do it. Each and every day. At least 30 minutes.

Notes And Arrghs

  • I sent a New Year message on Kakao Talk to the people in my list. I was pleasantly surprised to see the response and felt the appreciation for the people who took the time to send a message. Lots of thanks for the messages! 🙂
  • As for those that didn’t reply, it’s time to move on. At the end of this day, I will hide them. Kakao Talk has the option to block, but if I can’t see them, it’s pretty much deleting them.
  • For this month, it’s time to eliminate and focus. I know why I have trouble focusing. I just don’t see them every day. So, look at the things I care about and I can go to it.
  • If you read this far, thank you. I hope I can be helpful and of service!
