A small start and potentially lead to big gains.
An early, small start is like a butterfly flapping its wings and becoming a massive storm on the other side of the world.
Well, not really.
But small daily changes is a big deal. Recorded on paper. In a journal.
It’s funny how I think that I’ve arrived when I attempt change and then go back to what I was.
And that’s silly.
I gotta make my own changes each day. Changes are happening whether I want to or not.
Take control of what you have since time is ridiculously short. Make the moves that will probably hurt. Stretch beyond what you know.
